    Zitat

I agree with Scambuster. Their ‘terms of agreement’ is horrendous. Anyone considering this competition should print out the membership contract and read it thoroughly. You must surrender all rights and if you’re ‘lucky’ enough to make a feature it’s doubtful you’ll even get paid. If you’re thinking seriously of joining Filmaka, proceed with extreme caution and make certain you fully understand their terms & conditions. You have been warned!

NEEBIES REALLY NEED TO READ THE FILMMAKA CONTRACT FOR SUBMISSION……………….THEY ”OWN” YOUR FILM!!!

    Und aus deren FAQ:

    13. If I win a contest and accept a cash prize, can I still submit that film to other festivals or contests?
    13. No, once you accept a cash prize, Filmaka owns the film. However if Filmaka distributes your film in any other medium we share the revenue with the filmmaker.
