Ich habe mit meiner DVB-C Karte Filme aufgenmmen, diese mit TSSniper geschnittten und anschließend neu encodiert.

Die Aufnahme selbst, auch nach dem Schitt, ist einwandfrei. Weiß nun jemand wie diese Störungen zustande kommen und wie ich sie vermeiden kann?
