Es reicht wenn die Prozesse generell idle starten. Falls du doch die Option anbieten willst, dann so, damit für jeden Job die Priorität vor dem Start definiert wird und dann auch so durchläuft.

tsMuxeR und auch tsRemux können das scheinbar nicht.
Die readme vom tsMuxeR ist nur russisch, von daher lässt sich für mich nicht entnehmen, ob noch ein entsprechender Commandline-Schalter vorhanden ist.Weiter Informationen zu der Ausgangsdatei können auch nie schaden. (MediaInfo oder Avinaptic als Stichwort)

du musst einen entsprechenden VfW-Decoder für dvsd installiert haben.
Zum Beispiel: Panasonic DV Codec oder Cedocida DV Codec.
