Ich habe heute zum 1. Mal den Rebuilder benutzt und wollte eine Musik-DVD komplett komprimieren. (4:3 und 200Minuten lang) Ich habe mir vom Rebuilder eine ISO erstellen lassen. Brennen wollte ich das mit ImgToolBurn auf eine DVD+RW. Leider sagt mir das Progi das die DVD zu groß ist (4529MB) Was könnte ich falsch gemacht haben? Die Einstellungen im Rebuilder habe ich soweit original gelassen. Ich nutze eine Trial des CCE 2.70. Die CCE Settings sind auch auf Trial gestellt. Half-D1 und Steal Space from Extras habe ich nicht genutzt, da die Extras in diesem Fall mir auch wichtig sind und ich die gleiche Bitrate möchte. Das einzige was ich groß umgestellt habe ist, ich habe "One Pass VBR" genutzt. Ob er sich dabei verrechnet hat? Achso, ich habe alles bis auf die erstellte ISO gelöscht. Kann also mit den ini´s nicht dienen.

Schreck lass nach...dies ist mir letzthin auch passiert,da war die Datei knapp über 4600.Obwohl ich hier den Procoder 2 anwende und manchmal die Hilfe von Fit2cd benütze.10 Std. Abarbeitung für die Katz.:mad:4529 MB ist zwar etwas kleiner als diese Datei im Screen--4564 MB.
Gebrannt aber auf DVD-R von Verbatim.DVD kein Menue,gebrannt mit PowerTools 2.
Probier mal Dein File auf eine DVD-R zu brennen. -

Das Logfile hatte ich doch leider schon gelöscht! Ich lasse es jetzt noch einmal, aber ohne "One Pass VBR", sonder den CCE 2 Pässe. Ich werde mich mit dem Ergebnis melden und hebe diesmal auch die Logfiles zur eventuellen Kontrolle auf! -

Ja,Du hast es von Anfang schon geschrieben.Dein Hirn ist auch noch nicht so zugemüllt wie meins:mad:Zur Sache.
Erstellt mir der Procoder 2 eine etwas zu grosse MPEG2 Datei so lese ich diesen Stream entweder in MPEG Video Wizard oder MPEGcraft DVD ein und Schnippsle da die Pausen etwas "kürzer".
Geht viel schneller als den ganzen Bettel nochmals neu zu codieren. -
Mit diesen Einstellunge hat es dann geklappt. Die komplette DVD ist jetzt 4447MB groß.

Eigentlich erstaunlich, dass der RB mit OPV soweit daneben liegt.
Ich hätte erwartet, dass da noch mehr VTS vorhanden sind.
Scheinbar reichen schon die vorhandenen sechs, dass die Kalkulation nicht hinhaut. Außerdem empfiehlt jdobbs, Menu encoding nicht mit OPV einzusetzen, vielleicht lag's auch daran.Übrigens sind wir schon bei 1.10.5, also vielleicht mal updaten.

Beim OPV hatte ich das Menu encoding nicht an, erst jetzt beim "normalen" Durchlauf.

Ich habe jetzt 2x probiert diese Musik-DVD noch einmal mit den gleichen Einstellungen zu komprimieren. Allerdings habe ich es vorher durch Menu Shrink "gejagt". Jetzt habe ich so ziehmlich am Ende des Encodens eine Fehlermeldung "Laufzeitfehler 75" Was ist das und wie kann ich den beheben?

tritt der fehler nur bei vorher bearbeiteten Filmen auf?In der FAQ wird dazu geraten den ReBuilder auf den neusten Stand zu bringen wenn der Fehler auftaucht und wenn ich mich erinnere sollen keine Vvirtuellen Laufwerke benutzt werden.
