Mpeg4modifier ist ein Tool, das es ermöglicht Userdaten eines MPEG4-ASP Files (XviD, DiVX) ohne Recodierung zu verändern. So kann z.B das AR-Flag neu gesetzt werden oder auch packed bitstream hinzugefügt bzw. entfernt werden.
Mpeg4modifier läuft nur unter NET Framework 2.0 (s. Download bei windows update)
