Hallo!
Ich benutze LameXP schon sehr lange und freue mich regelmäßig darüber, dass es so ein nützliches Tool gibt.
Seit einiger Zeit erschien keine neue Version von LameXP, und nun habe ich – trotz deaktivierter Update-Erinnerung – bei jedem Start eine Dialogbox, die mich entweder auffordert, (erfolglos) nach neuen Versionen zu suchen, oder mir eine unnötige Wartemelodie aufzwingt. Die letzte Version ist schon über ein Jahr, deswegen steht da wohl „dringendes Update“, aber wenn es gar keine neue Version gibt, empfinde ich die Versionsprüfung (bei jedem Start) als etwas nervig.
Kann man die Update-Prüfung abschalten? Oder gibt es neue Versionen, von denen ich nichts weiß? Ist der Update-Server überhaupt erreichbar?

troz manuelles dekativieren in den einstellungen, kommt immer der dialog
was dauert da eigendlich den updater zu überspringen!?
dass ich meine shell integration (fast) wieder zerlegt habe,
dass hatte ich schon früher gerügt.
mir ist ein 'opt-in' für einstellungen aller art viel lieber, als ein 'opt-out'.

vielleicht bringen die etwas weiterentwicklung.
