Falls jemand ein Tool kennt was das gesuchte kann was auch noch OpenSource wäre, bitte melden.
Der Punkt in der ihrer Lizenz, dass sie einem jederzeit die Verbreitung untersagen können stört mich fast noch mehr als der Punkt, dass es closed source ist und die Dokumentation in Russisch(?) ist.

Mit .ts kommt tsMuxeR gut klar, schade, dass es nicht auch mit .evo/.m2ts klar kommt.

Meine Version (Windows) kommt auch mit EVO und M2TS Streams klar
LOL Problem gefunden: Audiodelay finden klappt natürlich nur, wenn auch ein Audiostream vorhanden ist.
Bin ich blind. Weder TsMuxeR und TsRemux zeigt mit den Audio Delay in .m2ts files an. Übersehe ich das?
EDIT: Ich habe es übersehen: In der mitte bei "General track options" steht der Delay drin...
