Sieht aus, wie mit einer OCR-Software eingescant und nachlässig nachbearbeitet.

Blöder kann man's ja kaum machen, auf englisch, mit 'ner IP-Adresse als URL und dann noch an nicht-Citybank-Kunden verschickt :nein:

Das find ich aber krass. Es gibt genug Deppen, die darauf reinfallen, wenn sie Citibank Kunden sind. Einer Bank vertrauen viele Leute nunmal. Die geben einem Mitarbeiter auch die PIN ihrer Karte, wenn man sie danach fragt. Wird schon alles seine Richtigkeit haben !
